Isla's 1st Trip to the Beach

 This was her first official trip to the beach where she touched the sand and water.  As you will see the water is very cold.  What the video doesn't show is that after Ryan left to go surf I walked along the water and the calming sound of the waves put her to sleep immediately.  It was a perfect first visit to the beach...well besides the screaming due to the cold water.  What a joy and blessing she brings to our lives.

              This is her hanging out in her baby sun tent on the sand...what a great invention


                          Proud daddy can't wait to take her in the ocean he loves so much


                               Ryan is hoping she will follow in his surfing footsteps

    Ahhh your daughter hates the ocean, how sad for Ryan. ;) just kidding. Jonas hated grass on is feet at that age and now 10 years later he can't get enough of the stuff, I think he lives on it actually. (he plays soccer for those who don't know him)
